At Lumene, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Nordic beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer free returns on all unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the original packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
